Lee Phillip Bell, co-creator of popular soap operas “The Young and the Restless’ and “The Bold and The Beautiful,” died on Tuesday.She was 91. She produced and and hosted her own show, “The Lee Phillip Show” for CBS TV for over 30 years. She went on to co-create two of American television’s longest-running soap operas.
