I have not read the classic children's book the movie is based on, but it has to be a lot better and engaging than this movie plays out.

The book was immediately popular and the original version sold an initial two million copies. I suspect kids as well as adults won't be very forgiving towards the movie, so there's no sense in tracking this down unless you are a true Disney fan.
