Babruvahana (also known as Babhruvahana or Babhnu Vahana) is a character in Veda Vyasa's epic, the Mahabharata.He is one of the sons of Arjuna, a Pandava, begotten through Chitrangada, the princess of Manipur during the period of his (Arjuna's) exile at Manipura. Karna was the only character in Mahabharata who had all these qualities. Babruvahana also killed Karna’s son Vrishaketu in the battle. The gods knew Draupadi’s wish well ahead of time and gave all these qualities to one man.

Abusing this, Indra approached Karna, disguised as a poor Brahmin and asked for his Kavach (armor made of gold) and Kundal (earrings).
