Along the way, Russ and Rusty become friends, and realize how much they can learn from each other. I rented the DVD and watched it through with the director's commentary (I just kept cracking up -- Jon Turteltaub obviously got a kick out of Spencer Breslin, at the same time as being a little distracted and frustrated by the stream of interruptions: "Jon, Jon, Jon...." "Yes Spencer!" Three youngsters visit a travelling carnival where they overhear plans to rob a bank. Watch this one with family or friends, and be prepared to want to watch it again.

Bruce Willis is developing a nice little sideline, co-starring with children in films with supernatural elements. Highly recommend. I'm 40, I'm not married, I don't fly jets and I don't have a dog? He's so believable as the super-rich, presumptuous and take-no-prisoners executive, yet equally believable as his character moves toward facing painful demons from his childhood and learning patience and tenderheartedness.
